The temple of Hanuman ji of Itra is situated in Block- Sumerpur tehsil- Hamirpur village in Itra Mouje of Chandrapurwa. The history of this temple is about 2000 years old, which later turned into a pile of mud, which was renovated in 1965. A huge fair is organized here every year on the first Tuesday after the full moon of the month of Karti. It is at a distance of 22 km from the head office and 1.5 km from NH-34 by Kanpur Sagar Road.
